Great for Parents and Teachers Alike!
This book is wonderful. I have designed a whole week's lesson plan around this book. It's great for kids to learn to read because of the repetitiveness on the story. Your kids will be able to memorize this story in no time at all. I't also just a wonderful edition to any collector's home. Definately worth it.

missing gingerbread man
Although I expected some damage to an old book, it is made quite useless by the lack of the main character, the little cardboard gingerbread man. I would not have bought it if I had known.

I remember this book from when I was a little girl and wanted to share it with my children. My 8 year old reads while my 6 year old helps the gingerbread man through the cut-outs to escape his pursuers. I'm sure my 3 month old will enjoy it as well when he is old enough.
