4.0 out of 5 stars Hey, it works!
Even though it's a little feminine, we used this for my three-year-old son, and it definitely helped the process. I do wish you could use multiple "pages" of the chart, though, because we went through it in less than a week and ended up creating our own with other stickers we had around the house.

1.0 out of 5 stars Toxic Packaging
This product came packaged in leaded vinyl. The packaging is unsafe for my child. I will be returning this product immediately. I am furious. Who cares if this product is safety tested if my child is required to touch leaded vinyl en route to the product? Give me a break!!!!!!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Dora Potty Reward Stickers, June 2, 2010

If your child really likes Dora, then this chart is a good tool to use in conjunction with other rewards systems. My child was really resistant to using the potty chair, so when she earned stickers for actually using the potty, I also let her choose a cheap prize (small play dough, ball, coloring book, etc). She ONLY earned rewards for using the potty, but the reward chart gave stickers for sitting on the potty, pulling one's pants down, washing hands, etc, which were also important skills.

My daughter loves Dora and these stickers helped keep her motivated to potty train. I liked how there was a different sticker for each individual activity instead of just going pee. That helped her understand she needed to wash her hands as well as use the bathroom.

My daughter really wanted the purple sticker (for actually going potty), and I believe this chart really motivated her to go.

5.0 out of 5 stars Worked like a charm!, February 23, 2010
This review is from: Ginsey Dora Potty Reward Stickers (Baby Product)
I bought the Dora sticker chart at Target in the Baby section. The cool thing about the chart is that it has separate stickers for different tasks... so the cool purple stickers are for going #2, but there are also stickers for #1, washing hands, pulling down pants, flushing, etc.

For my child it worked like this...

Step 1. You have to get them to go #1 on the potty--when my daughter had an accident I let her sit in it in the bathroom for a few minutes (on my mother's suggestion). They don't like how it feels (to have urine down their leg and in their socks and shoes), and it inconveniences them. I would say--I bet that doesn't feel very good, you're going to have to wait a few minutes so mommy can clean up the mess--then I will clean you up. It seemed to click after I started doing that. Then once they want to go #1 on the potty you can move along with #2--which always seems more difficult.

Step 2. I modified the chart so that one row was for going #1, and one was for going #2. It worked for my daughter when I would give her a sticker for going #1, then she wanted the #2 sticker, and I explained to her what they were for. This was a great motivator.

5.0 out of 5 stars Worked for my daughter, January 17, 2010

My daughter was the last in her preschool class to be potty trained. She just wasn't interested. She is so into Dora, so Santa put these in her stocking to motivate her. It worked! My daughter was excited to put a sticker on each step and followed it to a tee. She was completely potty trained within the week. Her preschool teacher was so surprised when she returned from break and wanted to know the secret. I told her about the Dora stickers from Santa and my daughter beamed with pride. It was a great motivator for her, especially since Dora is her favorite. Good luck!

My Daughter felt so great and accomplished when she "earned" a sticker to place on her chart !
The pack comes with extra stickers so you can easily start over :)

Toddler loves Dora, so this was a hit. However, toddler did get bored with it after a few days.

3.0 out of 5 stars great but expensive, February 20, 2010

I was shocked how well stickers motivated my daughter to use the potty. However, I had similar results with "regular" cheap stickers. To be fair though, my daughter "likes" Dora, but is not really completey crazy over her...if she was more of a Dora freak I might be giving it 5 stars.
