Great for research purposes,

This book is great for any research on Giotto as he is seen through time. There are essays spanning from the 14th century up to late 20th century. Could be a little better organized at times, but for anyone writing on Giotto there can hardly be anything better! Note that most of the sources come from the 20th century -- well over half.
