This is a long story but it is definitely about this product.
I am still wearing the shower cap. I have had dry hair for years (not dry like typical black hair dry, dry like something is wrong with my hair/body) and it was hard for me to find a conditioner that didn't feel dry, rough and "pully" as I applied it to my hair. My hairdresser found out that my hair felt moist and nice with the Motions shampoo and told me to touch it. No other shampoos worked for me that I tried so I wondered why the motions worked. So the lovely Kimmay (from Kimmaytube who teaches black women how to finally properly care for our natural hair so it can grow very long) said her hair loves protein and it just stuck in my head (her voice, haha). So I looked at the ingredients of the motions shampoo and saw that it contains Keratin protein and a light clicked on in my brain - I realized that may be what my hair needs. She was using the Giovanni conditioner and I said that when mine ran out, I would get it. Behold! When I applied it to my hair, my hair felt so soft and responded so well to it! This is what my hair needs! Protein(this contains vegetable protein or something)! So black/ brown women with dry, stubborn hair -- GET THIS PRODUCT! I am going to order the pack of 3 now to stock up, ha! Also, like I said, GO TO kimmaytube on youtube to be educated on how to properly take care of and grow long natural, black hair - ALL BLACK HAIR TYPES.

Does as it's titled,
I have 4A hair -according to naturallycurly.com- which is a very tight curl pattern. I tried this on my hair after a shampoo to see if it would replace all of the moisture lost in the process, and it did more than that. My hair was softer AFTER using this than BEFORE I shampooed, and I had slightly less frizz, along with a little more definition. My hair was never damaged so I can't comment on its damage reversal abilities, but I recommend this to anyone who wants a moisture boost, or any natural haired people.

This product is amazing. I have chemical free African American hair (course and curly) this product saves me about an hour of trying to detangle my hair. It only takes me about 10 minutes to detangle now. This product reduces the amount of stress to my hair, because of the ease in which i am able to comb through my hair. My hair also remains detangled even after the product is rinsed from my hair. I have been using the product for a little over a month. I recently ordered the economy 3 pack deal. I highly recommend this conditioner.
