As a former co-host of MTV's Loveline, Diane Farr has the qualifications to dish out helpful and amusing advice on the opposite sex. In this book, she manages to convey lively and clever tidbits of information about relationships and advice for women on how to play the game. Very cute book, although it was a little less substantial than I would have liked, but still a great little read for the plane or poolside.

THE GIRL CODE was my saving grace after calling off a wedding. Newly single and back in the dating scene after 4 years was a bit scary. This book made me laugh out loud for the first time in months. I had a series of bad dates and THE GIRL CODE helped define each situation/guy perfectly. Every single friend I know has received a copy from me. THE GIRL CODE also make a great gift for a bachelorette party. Enjoy!

Great book where Diane Farr hits the nail on the head with all her nicknames for the guys, situations, and friends in your life. Excellent gift for a girlfriend or someone just recovering from a breakup!

I bought a copy of this for all of my girlfriends (and myself) for Christmas and each and every one of them raved about how funny and true it is. I can read through it and either totally identify or know a close friend who does. Diane Farr hits the proverbial nail directly on the head!!!

Diane Farr has the knack for funny. I read this a long time ago but was reminded of it today when I caught a video on [...] and she was the host on a show (not sure if it is mock or reality) called, "Ass Castles"...Anyway, that gives you an idea of her irreverence and on the show she gives a dorky single guy with a fancy house tips on how to get more "ass"...so, I guess she's something of an expert in the field. Anyway, the book was funny and actually had some really useful tips. It's been a long time and I read it pre-marriage. Now, post marriage, I may have to get another copy and read it again!

It was THE GIRL CODE that gave me such great ideas and insight into the dating scene. I laughed and shared with friends but ultimately I was inspired.

I first learned of GIRLCODE, while I watched the Other Half. Intrigued, I went online and read some excerpts. When I recieved the book in the mail, I finished it in one day. I related to a lot of things in the book. Particularly the names we give crushes(ie; Mr. M, or The Camaro Guy). I reccomend this book to any girl who needs a little comedy.

This is one book that I read and actually agreed with the author. Even if I hadn't personally experienced these things, in some way one of my friends had. Since I bought copies for all the girls, we just sat back and laughed and drew some insight to some of our own present situstions. All women, and young girls should own a copy of this book, it will become your bible, and you will use it to explain some of relationships ups and downs
