This book is more than an autobiography, though; it also serves as a guide to the reader by supplying "Action Steps." As Ana says, not all the activities she suggests will resonate with everyone, but I believe everyone who reads this book will find something of value to them. I personally took up her suggestion to create a daily gratitude list, and doing so has had a positive impact in my life. She also supplies many thoughtful questions for you to ask yourself.
Something I especially liked about this book was the natural, honest tone of the writer. You can tell that even though she may not know you, she wants the best for you.
