As a business mentor, business development strategist, multiple entrepreneur, published author, and public speaker, Lynn serves heart-centered, purpose-driven women entrepreneurs. She focuses on teaching business building strategies based on the premise of a completed business plan with a marketing plan supporting sales, operational, and revenue generation goals that includes positioning for potential outside capital funding sources, i.e., business credit, business loans, grants, private investor funding, and collaborative social giving, as well as through co-creative and collaborative efforts.

Having spent more than 3 decades in the commercial real estate lending arena, with more than 2-1/2 decades in executive management and leadership positions with major mortgage banking firms, including Fannie Mae, Lynn gained direct business and organizational development, team building and individual development strategy expertise managing high-energy, high-engagement, highly productive teams. Lynn has also been a major contributor in the non-profit sector as an active member of the boards of directors of several non-profit organizations over the years. She has assisted in organizational strategic development, as well as developing funding strategies and has been hired by various non-profit organizations to lead the boards in developing short and long-term strategies for growing their organizations and the number of constituents they serve, including new and innovative fundraising strategies.

Lynn has been involved in the grants community for more than 40 years having written her first grant at the age of 17 that helped raise over $1.5 million, while helping her mother secure funding for the 1st of its kind program for the elderly in the City of Baltimore, MD. Portions of the program are still in existence today. She's witnessed many innovations that have occurred in the grants world, making funding more accessible with online applications. She has seen the grant funding community look more favorable at helping small business which has opened the door for more strategic partnering and funding being obtained for a for-profit enterprise to use for training, in empowerment programs, equipment purchasing, and more. She has helped build the funding strategies to pursue more than $10 mil in the last 5 years alone.

Lynn's heart has expanded to take the message of access to grant money to for-profit enterprise owners. She teaches how to partner with non-profit organizations in capital fundraising efforts that provide triple-win opportunities. She assists non-profits in identifying an additional stream of income by acting as Fiscal Agent for the for-profit business endeavors that align in core values and service.

Lynn's business mission is to empower individuals and businesses to succeed, while pursuing her business purpose and vision to improve the success of women entrepreneurs while they build business, change lives, and contribute to make thriving communities, cities, and nations across the globe.

Another major business initiative soon to be be launched is a non-profit, the Skyhawk Philanthropic Ventures enterprise, an arm under the Skyhawk Enterprises brand, specifically supporting the for-profit businesses engage in the world of philanthropy. Format: Paperback
Shining a light on a subject that has until recently been taboo and shameful, Ms. Sanchez's raw account of child molestation and the all too familiar subsequent downward path toward further and greater abuses is to be commended. With candor and honesty, Ms. Sanchez allows the reader to see how these cycles of violence and self-destruction can be perpetuated seemingly indefinitely. However, this book is not about despair, but rather that of hope. She shares her rocky, "zig-zagging" path out of the darkness into her healing journey of body, mind and soul. I give her 5 stars for shining the light and showing others a way out.

Ana Maria has traveled a dark and rocky road, struggling with a difficult set of circumstances. It is inspiring to read how she has emerged a wiser and more joyous human being. She does not spare herself, and her honesty about the difficulty of staying on a positive path is refreshing & persuasive.

This book is more than an autobiography, though; it also serves as a guide to the reader by supplying "Action Steps." As Ana says, not all the activities she suggests will resonate with everyone, but I believe everyone who reads this book will find something of value to them. I personally took up her suggestion to create a daily gratitude list, and doing so has had a positive impact in my life. She also supplies many thoughtful questions for you to ask yourself.

Something I especially liked about this book was the natural, honest tone of the writer. You can tell that even though she may not know you, she wants the best for you.
