5.0 out of 5 stars Danielle Rocks, February 13, 2000

This review is from: Girl Gets Real: Danielle Fishel Book (Girls Get Real) (Paperback)
This book has helped many young girl like myself to understand what fame is. Danielle like other stars are looked up to. In this book I see how she lets us know who she is not the star but Danielle Fishel the person. It has helped me in the way that I no longer think that stars are are different. Just cause they are on Tv and very well known. I hope to see many other books written by Monica Rizzo and Danielle Fishel.

This review is from: Girl Gets Real: Danielle Fishel Book (Girls Get Real) (Paperback)
I bought my copy of this book at a book sell at my school.I have read this book over and over again since then.Danielle Fishel is my role model, because she has such a positive outlook on life, which she expresses in this book.Sometimes when I have a problem , I read this book and try to think what she would do in my situation.Even though she is famous, she still has her ups-and-downs in life, which she tells all about in this book. The book includes pictures and some of her very own thoughts on stuff, such as how important friends are to her, what upsets her, peer pressure, rejection, and other problems many teenage girls face every day in their lives. I highly recomend this book.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not what it says, March 26, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Girl Gets Real: Danielle Fishel Book (Girls Get Real) (Paperback)
This book is cool-but it is not really an advice book. it tells how Danille Fishel lived her life, but it doesn't give any advice for other girls. it says "a teenagers guide to life" but it isn't really a "guide to life" If you want to know about Danille Fishel, then get this book. But if you are looking for a plain advice book, this isn't right for you. Although it is an interesting book and it covers most issues teenagers face-school, body image, dating, friendships, family, hobbies and passions, and more, it's about what she has faced with those topics and doesn't really give advice on them. Still a good read.
