i bought this bank because it was cute and educational. we really wanted to start teaching our three year old about money and this bank is a great way to do that. it has the three areas we wanted to focus on. i bought this bank over the other learning banks because it was girly and cute.
The one flaw that i see is that it is REALLY hard to take off the tops for the spend and give compartments. the "hinges" don't open very far and we actually broke one on our first attempt to open it. you really need to break it anyway to open it far enough to get money out. but that isn't really a big deal because it still snaps back FIRMLY in place. i had to give it to my husband to open. on the plus side my three year old can not get into it and start rearranging the money. :) |
