4.0 out of 5 stars GIRLS ARE MADE FOR LOVING
THE MOVIE IS A GREAT CULT CLASSIC FROM THE 70'S. A LITTLE SLOW AT TIMES BUT FUN.

2.0 out of 5 stars Three is not the charm
This is the third film in the "Ginger Trilogy", featuring Cheri Cafarro as Ginger, "the female James Bond". 2.0 out of 5 stars Three is not the charm, July 17, 2000
This review is from: Girls Are for Loving [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This is the third film in the "Ginger Trilogy", featuring Cheri Cafarro as Ginger, "the female James Bond". Ginger is once again called upon to offer her body for her country, as she goes up against Ronnie St. Clair, the Anti-Ginger, a woman who similarly has no compunctions about using her sexuality to get what she wants - in this case, kidnapping two diplomats to milk an upcoming trade agreement for lots and lots of money. The Ginger movies would never be made today - these Politically Correct times would never allow it - but this, the last and most expensive of the three, concentrates more on the plot than the gleeful sleazery of the first two films, making it less of a successful Ginger film and more of a failed spy movie. The first two, "Ginger" and "The Abductors", are better examples of early 70's drive-in sexploitation.

4.0 out of 5 stars Ginger kicks Butt!, July 29, 2009
This review is from: Girls Are for Loving (DVD)
Cheri Caffaro Is Ginger, the beautiful but lethal spy who is hired to rescue 2 kidnapped political figures. The opening scene at her house shows Ginger's spy training at work as she practices her martial arts skills out on her male "Cato" friend while she wears her sexy pink negligee. After knocking him out into the tub with a barefooted spinning back kick, she walks over to her bedroom where she gets the initial call from headquarters.
Throughout the movie Ginger shows she's more than capable at getting the job done using her beauty, brains, and deadly skills to dispatch the baddies one after another.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Best of the 'Ginger' Saga, January 6, 2011
This review is from: Girls Are for Loving (DVD)
I have to say watching all Ginger films in order 'Girls Are For Loving' is by far the best of the three. It is everything somebody like me would dream of. Where as Ginger was very poorly written and well awful, and the Abductors was alright but by no stretch of the imagination good. Girls are for loving features what the last two films promised. A female super spy who uses her body to take down crime. Cheri Caffaro looks her best in this film and has better costumes and hair. Ginger McAllister is by far more likable her than in her previous films, portrayed as a tougher woman who can fight rather than a frail ingénue. Her villain is engaging enough to get the story across for a very low budget spy film. It's very tongue and cheek, and way fluffier than the previous Ginger films. All in all this film is not bad. I would recommend you bypass 'Ginger' and 'The Abductors', unless you are watching for the bondage. If so, then unless you are into femdom 'Girls Are For Loving' will disappoint you. Other than that I give this five stars as far as cult films go. It's Caffaro's best.
