This book is not what I expected. To be honest I don't like the language she uses. It isn't very professional, and it relates only to those that are massive not just a couple of pounds overweight. She speaks about her own experience but hey everyone is different & has different roles to play in life. She doesnt sound like she has any profresional degrees in health etc because of the way she wrights. I didn't finish this book, in fact I'm planning on selling it again as it wasn't my style of a book. The lingo/language really was a put off. We are all humans and should speak more respectfully! The best weight/healthy-eating book that I would recommend is French Woman Don't get Fat.
