Got exactly as described. Arrived a little slow, but all in all I am pleased. This was easy to put together and seems to be durable. My daughter is three and she went nuts when she saw the bike. Here feet do reach the pedals just fine, however she has not gotten the concept of pedaling all together right. She just kinda sits on it and pushes it with her feet. She loves the back pack on the front, and I personally like the colors on this bike. I am sure next summer she will get much more use out of this bike.....Jan.20 2010 Well, it is now a year later or so. The bike did not hold up all that well. The streamers came out of the handles in the first couple months and the plastic "step' part that goes across the back has broken. The bike is still being used but did not stand the test of time very well.

I was very pleased with the way Amazon handled the return of the first trike, it was used. The second trike was okay, it had a little rust on the handle bars but we figured what the hell she is just going to mess it up anyway. But Amazon was great and sent me an email to let me know that they received the first trike and refunded my money for postage at a very quick rate. I am impressed and will continue to shop with Amazon.com.
