Here we have a luscious assortment of college age up, lovelies, smothering each other with slurpy kisses.
The illustrations are clear full color photos, of which some are posed others are spontaneous. In some of the photos do the young women go a mite past merely kissing? Well, in some cases good taste lascivious touching makes it difficult to resist wishing it were a film.
If you enjoy the beauty of women preparing to make love to one another, you will love this book, however it really never crosses the line from kissing and some touching to full scale female lovemaking.
A book for MEN, or women who would like to kiss other women and not in a sisterly manner.

A not to raunchy book with photos of women kissing. Very classy and very beautiful photos.

If you are looking for hard-core erotica, this is probably not a book you will enjoy. Girls Kissing lives up to its name, featuring numerous couples, from every-day people you would meet on the street to amateur and professional adult stars, kissing each other.

Truth be told, the image you see on the cover could probably be considered one of the more explicit images in the book. It is true that you will see more skin in the various shoots, however, there are just as many that deal with fully-clothed women, as well.

The write-ups that go along with most of the shoots is a bit amateurish, but it is quite fitting for the book -- it does not detract at all from the images -- and seems to a more low-key atmosphere than a highly-edited and professional write-up would provide.

Once again, do not think you will be getting explicit hard-core images with this book; it is not that type of book. One might compare this book to a high-class diner with a woman in a revealing dress singing for well-to-do patrons, as compared to the much more bump-and-grind clubs that better-known magazines represent.

My opinion regarding Paul Mallinson's Girls Kissing, Volume 1:
Definitely a good buy if you are looking for something more up-scale as compared to the well-known magazines. I definitely look forward to a second volume!

What's good: Lots of different models (different within the Anglo/thin/twenty-something constraint, with some Asians tossed in for variety). Natural figures predominate. Rather than store-bought busts of assembly-line perfection, a lovely assortment of smaller, larger, higher, and lower bosoms charm the viewer. (Gawd, I'm glad the silicone fad is on its last legs.) Tats, un-natural hair color, and other artifacts of this decade's grooming abound, good for today's viewer if quaint-looking just a few years from now.

What's not: pretty much everything else. Very few images inside this book sustain the gentle sensuality of the cover art. The girl next door and her girlfriend scarcely appear again. Over-stylized hair, makeup, poses, and lingerie take over early on - c'mon, how many ladies actually get into the shower with their underwear on? The text makes it clear (as if the imagery didn't already) that many of the models come from the adult entertainment industry, which I find neither very adult nor very entertaining. Come to think of it, the tiny pale lettering in the text won't suit many eyes over thirty or forty - the appeal to "adults" hardly covers the range of adulthood.

I enjoy and admire women's sexuality, in all the ways that it manifests. Counterfeit coin like this only debases its value. I know that models won't always feel what they display, but this looks a lot more like what a man would want to see than what an expressive woman would want to have seen.

If you like this you will be very please and surprised, every woman in here is beautiful and they protray them nice and sexy. If I had any complaint is that the photo layout was a bit too packed in or too small. A larger format would have been better.

this is a great coffee table book (for open-minded coffee drinkers). It's not too raunchy, the photography is good, most of the girls are nice.
