This book is great for young gymnasts. It makes nice gift for any girl interested in Gymnastics. It gives details about the sport and what it takes to succeed. The best part is the section with inspiring stories of what some REAL gymnasts have had to overcome.

I love this book. It tells you almost EVERYTHING you need to know about gymnastics! It also tells a few young gymnast and what to do if you have an injury. I recommend this book for any born gymnast.

My daughter (age 7) was thrilled when she got this book for Christmas. Lots of fun ideas and games. She loved the small posters in the back of the book.
