5.0 out of 5 stars FUN BOOK!!!
I read Roz Bailey's first novel, PARTY GIRLS, last summer and loved it. This one is just as good! I can't wait to see what she has up her sleeve next!!!

2.0 out of 5 stars Eh...
A so-so book. Good for a light read on the beach, but if you're looking for something to actually stimulate your brain, you'd be better off with a different book. I personally didn't like it much.

5.0 out of 5 stars Summer Fun, August 29, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: Girls' Night Out (Mass Market Paperback)
This was the best summer read this year! Really hard to put it down - I love the way it makes fun of the reality TV thing, while taking you on some wild rides, and stays fun even though the characters end up being surprisingly deep. I could identify with all of the women and their situations. Really looking forward to her next book!

I picked this book up because I'm into reality TV shows. I thought this book was a lot of fun. And sexy! I'm looking forward to Ms. Bailey's next book. And I'm going to check out Party Girls (I'd never read her before this book)

5.0 out of 5 stars Could not put it down..., November 2, 2006
This review is from: Girls' Night Out (Mass Market Paperback)
I got Party Girls in an airport bookstore, and pretty much read it before I returned home...Girls' Night Out was the same thing. It's hard to put down, because you want to know how every turns out. Very easy to love the caracters. Fun read with lots of twist and a great ending. Currently reading her other book Retail Therapy.

5.0 out of 5 stars You go, girls!, August 24, 2003

Roz Bailey's new chicklit tops her first release with more comedy and a nice spin with the reality show angle. I swear, my old boss is profiled in this book! I was hooked from page one! It's a compelling view into three different women's lives, with more heart than most chicklits have. A fun read with a surprise ending -- sheer beach bliss!

2.0 out of 5 stars Lame story with a recycled plot, July 18, 2003
This review is from: Girls' Night Out (Mass Market Paperback)
Having loved Roz Bailey?s first novel, Party Girls, I picked up Girls? Night Out with utmost anticipation. However, to say that this novel is a poor imitation of every chick lit released since Bridget Jones?s Diary is putting it mildly. I like it when authors of the aforementioned genre add pizzazz and originality to an otherwise run-of-the-mill genre ? and Bailey fails to deliver just that. The novel reads like a women?s interest magazine, the dialogue is boring, the situations have a ?been there, done that? feel to them, and Maggie?s sexual exploits are unrealistic and just plain silly. And the Reality TV bit is thrown in to add something different to the rather recycled plot ? however, it fails to illustrate said originality. It?s a shame, for Bailey is a talented writer, as proven in Party Girls; she just has to find a more creative angle with her stories.
