alicia jo rabins is a super up and coming and awesome talent. I can not reccomend this album enough. You will love it. Some similarlity to Erin Mceown, and the Shins and others.

I have been obsessively listening to this album for weeks. The songs are both haunting and exuberant, from the delicate "Hunter" to the playful "Marble Floor." The lyrics are poetry. Listen to these songs!!!

The lilting, bouncy voice of Alicia Jo Rabins and her deeply haunting violin combine with her collaborators to produce music for the soul. I highly recommend both of the Girls in Trouble releases. Let them take you away to a better place, or add a richness to your current place.
