Perhaps one of Fito Paez's least commercial records but, however, definitely one of his best and most consistent works, still innovative and hooking even today, almost trirty years after its release.

Filled up with emotive lyrics, superb compositions and a couple of latin rock anthems, Fito's second album, after "Del 63", serves well to push him up to the spotlight, to the top of the most remarkable musician rankings in Argentina. Even Luis Alberto Spinetta got shocked after first listening "Giros", which forced a future collaboration, on what became "La, La, La,".

A must for any Fito Paez's commited fan and a highly recommended for any newcomer.

Classic Fito on this one! This EMI recording, done earlier in his career, captures Fito's emotions and song writing ability in a whole different light; when compared to his subsequent, and well known, WEA recordings.

All the tracks are good. Some are superb!!

Track 1: Giro - It's radio play, and an excellent intro to Fito's style.

Track 3 - Alguna Vez ..., captures an emotion, that, to this day, still blows me away (20 years and counting).

Track 4 - 11 y 6, the song, the voice. I'm sure Fito considers this song, one of his best.

Track 5 - Yo Vengo ...., very simple song, where Fito captures a feeling, conveys it vocally with perfection, and makes the music work.

Cuando Spinetta escuchó este disco, lo llamó para hacer un disco juntos, porque le partió la cabeza la musica.
Muy recomendable

A traves de este disco conoci a Fito hace anos y desde entonces no he dejado de escuchar su musica que siempre es reconfortante y me traslada a las diferentes epocas de la Argentina de los ultimos anos. 11 y 6 es una cancion muy tierna que adoro y sus temas siempre van a recrear a sus fans. I highly recomend this albm to everyone.

Este disco é o melhor que eu achei do Fito Paez. É uma viagem. Yo vengo ofrecer mi corazon parece com uma musica do Milton Nascimento, tem um acompanhamento de sopro muito bonito. Giros é uma musica perfeita. Em Alguna vez voy a ser libre ele mostra que é um profissional do grito. Este disco, mesmo não tendo toda a qualidade de producao que os novos discos dele tem, é um show de interpretação do Paez.

To my knowledge, this is Fito's first recording - his best overall; I specially recomend "Yo vengo a ofrecer my corazón" and "Giros". A sure shot; if you like Fito, Spinetta, Charly García, I know you will like this one too.
