Classic aluminum pole is made from the finest high-strength aluminum alloys.All Gitzo microphone fishpoles have telescopic extensions which are locked into place with convenient twist-lock system, allowing simple and efficient setting of the required boom length. Each pole comes complete with its own unique 1/4" - 3/8" reversible mounting screw, port hole for microphone cabling at both ends and soft rubber hand grip.Gitzo microphone poles have smooth gliding movement with minimum bow when fully extended.

This is classic European quality from the Bogen group. Sadly, the great Gitzo shock mount shown, is NOT included. They don't tell you this, and it'll take another week waiting for it -after you paid another 70 bucks, plus shipping. Still, it's the one to get.
