I have rarely known anyone to whom faith comes so easily. Carole Lewis trusts God. - Beth Moore- Best Selling Author and Speaker

From the Back Cover

Where do you want to be one year from today? Who do you want to be? In what ways do you want to change? Twelve months might seem like forever away, but it will pass in the blink of an eye. And if you’re ready, God can use the next 52 weeks to change your life forever, inside and out. In this warmly personal new book, Carole Lewis, national director of First Place 4 Health, shares the story of her year with God—a year that began with the unwelcome arrival of Hurricane Ike. Carole’s house was destroyed by the storm, and the following 11 months were far more adventurous than she bargained for! Yet through all the highs and lows she found the power of God at work, using those trying circumstances to transform her in mind, heart, soul and body.  But Carole’s chronicle of her year-long journey is just the beginning. Give God a Year, Change Your Life Forever! is your invitation and guidebook for your own adventure of inner and outer transformation . . . hopefully without the hurricane! God is ready and waiting to give you new life. Are you ready to receive it?

A very inspirational book for a person who loves God, truly wants to lose weight, and become healthier, but struggles. It has made me face the fact that while I say I want to become healthier...do I truly? Am I truly willing to let go of unhealthy habits, or am I unwilling? I know the author speaks the truth. With giving God a year, He and I, together, can change my life...forever. I must be willing to say, this IS my year, prayerfully take the next right step!

Carole Lewis's "Give God a Year, Change Your Life Forever!" is like a life workbook for positive transformation, inside and out. Carole gets sweetly personal. Through her own journey, she encourages readers to make a colossal commitment to God, then watch him work in the most colossal ways. And I'm colossally loving it!

Carole Lewis writes with such a down-to-earth style, and with such wisdom, that her books are irrestible. This book will motivate you, inspire you, and challenge you to a higher place with God, and a happier place in life.

A must read for any Christian wanting a closer walk with the Lord. This book is changing my life. Give God a year and He will change your life. I rarely give all 5 stars when asked to review a product.

God can help in our eating. Turn to Christ, for He is the Bread of Life. I can understand why people turn to food for comfort. Turn to Christ and His Word.
