I heard this song one evening(can't remember where, at the moment), and when I got home, I opened up iTunes to play it again, as it's one of my all-time favorites. Shocked that I couldn't find it, I dug out my CD cases, but couldn't find Chapman's "New Beginning", which I bought right after it was released. Not sure what happened to the CD, as I rarely toss out ANY music(I have over 400 CDs, and nearly 5,000 songs on my iTunes.). Anyway, since I found out about Amazon's mp3 downloads, I haven't bought a single CD. So, I went right out to Amazon, and bought this song(along with a couple of other full discs, as I seldom can go to Amazon and buy only one song!). Now I have it on iTunes, and it's in fairly regular rotation on my iPod.

This tune may be labeled Folk - but to me, it's a fine example of classic Blues, not because it's about 15 years old or that it was featured on the 1997 Grammy Nominees CD, but because it's a "downright jam"! I considered it a "classic" from the first few listens.

Give me one reason to turn this crap off! I bought this as a gift for my mother, it's one of her favorites, not mine, i got her a mp3 player because she doesnt handle cd's well, i hate the song, but to each there own, just wanted to vent!
