About the Author
In December of 1969, Arthur Blessitt began to carry a cross on a journey that would take him around the world and in every nation on earth. Since that time, he has walked over 37,000 miles with the cross in more than 300 nations and territories. He is listed in the Guinness World Records for the 'Worlds longest walk'. He has met with world leaders, spoken to individuals of all religions, and gained international fame and respect. Yet he is equally at home with the common person whoever they might be. But the most important thing about Blessitt's story has nothing to do with him - and everything to do with Jesus. In between walks with the cross, Arthur Blessitt serves as pastor of missions and outreach at Heritage Christian Center in Denver, Colorado. He and his wife, Denise, have one daughter, Sophia. Among other things, this book contains a chapter full of ideas on how to share your faith whether it be verbally or with tracts. Many, many ideas for both the timid and the brave.
Arthur Blessitt is the genuine article, with a true and undeniable love for Jesus. He speaks in a language that is down to earth. He knows that he does not need to use big words to express himself, because as he states repeatedly, it's all about Jesus. If you are seeking a book to not only motivate you in sharing your faith, but also gives a wealth of ideas, this is your book.
