This is the most practical and readable I have ever read about parenting. It is very specific instead of being filled with generalities. It offers the parent one step a month for 10 months to help a child achieve self-esteem. Best book I've ever encountered on the subject.

I would recommend this book to all parents, it gives you great ideas on how to help your child feel better abought themselves and also things that you shouldnt do or say that you dont even really know effects them negatively.
