This is the best bare bones approach to pastoral counseling on the market. It is straight forward and easy to understand. It is practical and applicable. I must read for all pastors or ministers who even do the tiniest bit of counseling

The book breaks down the complexity of the practice of a "minister giving counsel" into basic concepts and steps which make counseling easy to understand.
