Can I give fewer than one star???

We bought this faucet and put it away in a closet, planning to install it when we redid our kitchen. I should have opened the box at once, but nooooo... I trusted the manufacturer. And by the time I opened the box to install it, it was way past my time to return this piece of crap.

It is lightweight, plastic junk with a cheap silvery finish. Mine says "Brushed nickel" on the box, but let me tell you, the only nickel you can associate with this faucet is that it is worth about a nickel. The faucet is plastic, and it surely shows it! The pull-down sprayer will not stay in the faucet. It was a royal pain in the butt to install, too.

DON'T waste your time and money buying this faucet. I don't know what Glacier Bay's OTHER faucets may be like, but if they resemble this one, I wouldn't touch one of them. I will be going to another retailer in the next week or so, to purchase a decent faucet that I can actually see and touch before I lay down my money for it.

Waste of money. Hard to install and lasted less that 2 years before it started leaking from underneath and where the faucet met the base.

6 months ago I installed a Glacier Bay New touch pull down kitchen faucet and it was beautiful. Yesterday, the water pressure is down to a drip. I checked the screen and still the same. No way to fix this and no way to find the company. I just threw 80 bucks out the door. Don't waste your money on this piece of garbage. Pay a little extra for a better named brand of faucet

Only got 18 months of service before it plugged up... no way to clean the screen.

Also it has consistent retracting problems despite rearranging the hoses constantly. The real problem is there is no dedicated track for the sprayer hose internally, so it rubs against the other tubes. Poor design.

We purchased a new faucet from Home Depot about a year ago (Glacier Bay) and the spray nozzle part started leaking. Since I was unable to just order a new nozzle separately, I had to order the complete faucet from Amazon figuring I could just replace the nozzle portion. However, I found that it was not interchangeable so I hired a plumber to come out and install the complete Glacier Bay faucet. The plumber noted that the faucet was cracked by the handle but said other than its appearance, it would not impact the functionality. After a week or so, the faucet ceased working...little water pressure at all coming out. I went to Home Depot and bought a different brand of faucet and had the plumber come and take the Glacier Bay away and put the new one on. The plumber warned me that Glacier Bay is definitely not a reliable purchase. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I have had this faucet for a 10 months with no problems. Though not purchased from here mine came with a lifetime grantee.Ascetically its really a great looking faucet. Though it appears high end,the quality is sub standard. Easy install, directions are not hard to follow. The retraction of hose is not that great. I find myself physically having to push it back into place. Price point was Great. I liked it so much I purchased one for my laundry room. I put another weight on the hose, now I have no problem with retraction. This was provided by the home center I purchased it from. If your looking for a higher quality this may not be for you. If your looking for something that want break the bank it might be an option. I'm happy with my two.

We were surprised by the plastic components--we had thought it would be all metal. Also, the pull out hose does not go back in as snugly as we had hoped.
