I really love this product! They've made my life a lot easier! They breathe so much better than disposables, they are easy to clean, and they just -feel- a million times better! Be sure to give them a try!
I didn't give 5 stars because these can be picky about what kind of laundry detergent that you use. You really need something strong but natural to get the best use out of them!

I'm somewhat past the age when I would use them for menstrual flow, so the purpose they serve for me is to replace the paper bladder control products.
I have the smaller liners, and some of the larger pads with the inserts. They work great for bladder control issues...light to light/moderate, anyway. I don't know if I would recommend them for heavier bladder control. They snap onto underwear and absorb moisture for a long time. I often wear the smaller liners around the house and then wear the larger pads when I go out. Regular paper and plastic bladder control products used to give me horrible rashes, yet I didn't like leaving the house without SOME kind of protection. Well, these pads do the trick. After use, I put them in a mesh bag (like the kind onions come in) and when it's time to wash up a batch, I knot the bag and wash with underwear (no bleach). They absorb better if they're left out to dry (flatten and let dry on a towel hung over the shower) and without fabric softener. Really, I can't say enough good things about these pads, and I'm just sorry I never knew about them when I was wasting money on paper sanitary napkins, not to mention adding trash to the environment.

Too small!,

The GladRags Pantyliners are too small. The concept is great, especially for those of us who are trying to go green, but they need to be longer. After washing, these are only about 5 inches long and because they only snap to themselves, they slide around. I received them, washed them, dried them on the line and then tried using one. I spent the entire day running to the bathroom to pull it back into place. As you move around, it moves around, sliding forward and backward, which is not helpful. I will not be using these again and wouldn't recommend them.

Count me in as one of those women who thought this was totally weird but has changed her ways. I stumbled across these (I didn't even know that cloth pads existed, and to be honest when I first heard about it I was grossed out) when doing cloth diaper research. Then I thought, "Wait a minute, I use cloth on my kid but am grossed out by this?!?" and started doing some more research. I am pregnant and tired of buying/using disposable pantyliners and broke down and bought these.
They really are amazing. This was the first brand I tried and I would buy more, but probably only if I could get them cheaper (I paid about $7/each for them....I found some other ones online for about $5/each and that seems more reasonable to me). I am, however, thinking about investing in some of this brand for postpartum use. I do wish they were a teensy bit longer...I am average size and these just seem a bit short to me. The length and cost is the reason I didn't give this product 5 stars.

I love my glad rags. I only use the panty liners for light stuff and back up. If I were going to use one for regular days I would need to purchase longer one (which I would do in a heart beat). They're never uncomfortable and they go right in the regular wash. I love them.

I do like these. They are comfortable and stay put well. Nice and thin, I really don't notice them at all.
The only problem is that the pattern varies. I have ordered a few boxes, each arrived with different patterns. The dark ones are nice, but I got one pattern that was mostly white and it takes a little more effort to get that looking clean (not that it matters, it just looks nice for it to look clean!) I don't know if you can request a darker pattern when you order, but maybe try to do that.

I've had these for about 18 months, and still love them! They snap so they protect the sides of the underwear, and wash well. Much better than some other types I've purchased.

I lOVE these!!,

It's almost unfortunate that I got pregnant soon after buying these! Haha. I'd always used disposable pads. I wish I'd found these AGES ago! They work, in my opinion, JUST as well as any other pads - the only difference being that they don't have a sticky adhesive to keep them stuck to your underwear. This can easily be remedied with some double-sided tape, if desired. I never needed to do that, though. The little snappy wings kept them in place well enough and they are plenty absorbent. :) One of my favorite things about them was that, once I was finished using one, all I had to do was remove it, clean it under hot water with a small amount of Dr. Bronner's soap and hang it up to dry. Within a few hours, that same pad was clean, dry and ready to be used again! No machine washing necessary. They come clean, with soap, under hot water in a sink or what have you within seconds. Since they are so easy to clean and hang-dry so darned quickly, I only needed a 3-pack! :) Highly recommended to those wanted to cut back on wasting things! Also, highly recommended to those who tend to have reactions to disposable pads which I always have. No problems with these! If your period is extremely heavy, you may want to get some more heavy-duty or larger/longer ones than these. Mine are about average, for reference.

Shrunk after Washing,

My first batch shrunk a lot after washing. With the second batch, I tried to wash in cold water, but they still shrunk. For the cost, the manufacturer really should preshrink their fabric before cutting and sewing.
