Pros:
1. The case is sturdy and well constructed but the edges aren't sharp so I won't easily cut myself when working inside.
2. audio,IEEE1394,USB ports on top of case for easy access
3. tool-free mount of 2x 120mm case fans, great quality and easy to do
4. tool-free mount of 3.5", 5.25" drives, although the mounts are not as high quality as the rest of the case
5. many screws come with the case, I still have a few left over after putting in all the components.
6. black, clear side, cool looking

Cons:
1. The connectors for the audio ports on the top of the case are not long enough to reach the back end of the case, unfortunately that's where the connector on my motherboard is. So I'll need to purchase an extension cord separately
2. Doesn't come with 120mm fans, so you need to shell out another $20+ to get case fans. I strongly recommend 120mm Scythe S-Flex SFF21E of SFF21F ones.
3. The corners of the clear plastic panel on the side chipped/broke off before I starting installing the components, I just had to glue them back on.
4. the tool-free mounts for expansion cards don't seem to hold the cards tightly in place, I'd prefer good old fashioned screws. I have a VGA bracket that connects to jumpers on my motherboard (ASUS M3N78 Pro) and mounts on an empty PCI slot of the case, so I expect the mounts to hold the bracket tightly in place but it's not so right now.
5. A bit heavy, in case you need to move the case around quite frequently

update:
I replaced my stock CPU fan/heat sink assembly with a GeminiII S CPU cooler, what happened is that the CPU air duct touches the fan and hinders it's operation. Fortunately I found that you can actually unscrew part of the air duct leaving a shorter air duct, problem solved! (The tower heatsink/fans still won't fit without removing the air duct altogether though, but I knew that and went with GeminiII S for a low profile heatsink)

This case is awesome. Aside from being beautiful the case is roomy and easy to work with. Everything went right in and I was up and running in no time.

Great case... August 3, 2010

This case is part of the Ultra line from Tiger Direct. I gave it four stars instead of five because although the construction is pretty solid, on the plastic acrylic side panel, three of the corners broke off before I even opened the box. Fortunately it still held together and I did not have to glue the corners back but I did hang on to the broken pieces in case I have to glue them on later. I agree with a previous reviewer about the lack of fans, it would have been nice if at least one fan was included. I just got a plain cooler master for the front and a blue led one for the back to match the lights on the front switches. When I first got it out of the box I could not find the standoff and motherboard screws, since they were bundled together with the wires for the case. I just had to unravel the wires to get to the screws. The front panel is not the best. I have my earphones plugged in to the headphone port and I get some electronic noise which is not super bad but it is annoying. When I plug the earphones directly into the sound port in the back on the MB, the sound is perfect with no residual noise. I almost gave the case only two stars because I thought my video card(EVGA GeForce GTX 260) was not going to fit with the hard drive holder inside. However, I managed to put the card in first and then I put the hard drive holder in second but I had to scoot it over from where it normally would have been. I was only able to use 2 of the screws instead of the 6 it would normally take to anchor the drive holder. The side panel air duct for the cpu is not perfectly lined up for my MB(Gigabyte X58A/UD3R). It is a little askew and thus does not really work as a shroud over the cpu fan/heatsink. It would have been nice if was perfectly aligned since it telescopes in or out by twisting it, but it is not a problem for me since I was not expecting to be able to route all the air for my cpu through the side air duct. Still, overall I'm pleased with the case so far.
