Most of us know Kitty Kelley from her unauthorized biographies of Jackie Kennedy, Elizabeth Taylor, Frank Sinatra, Nancy Reagan, The Royal Family, The Bush Family and Oprah Winfrey, but most of her fans/enemies don't even realize that there WAS a book before "Jackie-OH!" It's a book about "The Glamour Spas", which are spas people go to to have the fat knocked out of them. She writes about all of the seedy dealings that go on at the spas, the accommodations (including all the diets and weird things they made her do, as she stayed at each of the spas she wrote about) and the celebrities who go to them. This book should be reprinted, because while the subject of spas may not excite everyone, it is a gossipy, juicy expose that keeps you glued to the pages. It is rather short, but it grips you. Kelley's wit comes through the pages and you can really see her career at the beginning of her long book-writing career. This book is a TAD hard/expensive to find, but I recommended you trek to the four corners of the world to find it. It is a MUST READ for all Kitty Kelley fans!
