Since the seller doesnt think we need to know the ingredients list, here it is as copied from another website. I do not have the bottle myself so cannot vouch for the info, but something is better than nothing. As a Hashimoto's person, I do not want kelp or other sources of iodine mixed in with my glandulars as some studies show iodine has the potential to "speed up destruction of the thyroid gland, as well as lead to greater inflammation". Iodine is considered good for regular hypo-thyroid patients, but can be destructive to Hashimoto's hypothyroid patients:
