I love this book! I had never done any type of glass painting before I read this book and followed its instructions. Using only this book as a reference, I decorated my kitchen windows and they look very much like real stained glass. The method and materials described here are quite different than those found in other glass painting books. The book is loaded with lots of lovely designs and includes the patterns for all of them.

I highly recomend this book if you're just starting for its detailed instructions. It's also great if you've been at it for years because it has many cute patterns for special occasions and other times!

I saw this book at a book store where I have found great deals....but....their price was more than I wanted to pay. So I did a search and found it here for a great price and I am thrilled. A friend told me about painting glass to look like stained glass and this book gives me everything I need to learn this art. I love the color pictures, projects and look forward to using this book to learn the craft and as a reference in the future.

It's easy to read and gives an overall view of how to get started in painting on glass with transparent paints. I did decide to buy a real stained glass panel in the end because I couldn't deal with the liquid outliner used in this method and couldn't afford the expensive tools and the learning curve to make a real stained glass panel myself.
