This is a very pretty bowl. However, looks are the only thing it has. It was unsteady, no matter how well it was secured to the ground. The glass broke within weeks of putting it out last summer - I went to fill it and noticed a big gaping hole in the bottom of the bowl. I thought $40 would buy me a relatively decent bird bath. Save your money for one of better quality.

The item is satisfactory. Does not come with stand or frame for installation. It appears that the item AND stand/support is offered and sold as a unit. Purchaser must make a stand and install before unit is workable. Communication with ultimate provider was unsatisfactory and not worth the time to discuss the matter of misunderstanding that occured.Built my own stand and it works fine.

There is a little known flaw with glass bowls. When the sun shines through them things below will, in most cases burn. Like leaves. They may not catch fire but by experience I know first hand they will burn. Take it for what it is worth. Keep this one in the shade.

Item received: one broken bowl and a metal cradle. Nowhere does it state that it doesn't include the other items. Shame on me for not researching it more.
Is it really that much trouble to put the correct picture in or is it more profitable to be deceptive?
