2009 vinyl LP pressing. Fantastic live package recorded on Bowie's extravagant Glass Spider Tour as he promoted his 1987 album Never Let Me Down. Bowie performs tracks from his then-recent albums ('Modern Love', 'Blue Jean', 'China Girl', 'Loving The Alien') as well as old faves ('Heroes', 'Fashion', 'Rebel Rebel', etc.). Splendid indeed!. Vinyl Passion. --This text refers to the Vinyl edition.

Having seen this concert in St. Paul, Minnesota, I have personal reasons for loving this CD set. Unlike a previously released version, this set contains two songs near the end of the concert with guest Charlie Saxson.
With Peter Frampton on the tour, the guitar line up is much stronger than with Carlos Alomar alone. This concert was Bowie at his best from the Eighties. Carlos is no Mick Ronson when it comes to the song Heroes, but the Glass Spider Tour was awesome! A must have for Bowie lovers and one of his best live CDS to date!
