I like this glasses. It is much better than paper 3D glasses. The bad thing is : it doesn't work for Journey To The Center of The Earth 3D! (which is the reason I bought this glasses). The movie has green and red color when you watch with or without this glasses.
This glasses work for watching Lava Girl and Spy Kid2 3 D tough.

although it doesn't say anywhere in the description, these are 3D glasses for KIDS. they are smaller than average and clearly NOT for adults unless you have a tiny head.

Bought this triple pack in order to try out Nvidia's low cost 3d vision discover. Certainly took some amount of time to get used to the effect. Aside from the somewhat dorkiness of the glasses (look more like 1970's glass than modern shades), they work very well. I've been playing Resident Evil (4 & 5), Left 4 Dead (1 & 2), and few other games in 3d vision and it's an amazing and immersive effect.
There are some downsides to the effect: 1. Desaturation: Most colors are still noticeable, but there is clearly alot of lost of color, due to the filters. 2. Ghosting: Because you can always still see some degree of the other eye's color in each eye, ghosting is very noticeable this way. These are both inherent to the effect, and not the glasses however. I can't compare them to other red/cyan glasses, since the last pair I used was in 1998 with red/blue (which really messed with the visible color spectrum). The work great once you get used to them though. I would not recommend these for long periods of time however. After about 2 hours, my brain is usually in melt down. Great glasses themselves though.

These glasses are built nicely, and they do help a bit with the 3-d version of The Polar Express. However, the movie has been put out so poorly by Warner Brothers i don't think anything will make a difference. Their 3-d conversion is terrible, and even these glasses don't help much. Im rating the 3-d home version a zero (the IMAX is awesome however) and these glasses a 5. The glasses are really good quality, but the double vision and contrast issues are built into the dvd version.
Warner Brothers needs to issue refunds or put out a better version because they just aren't doing their job with this one!

These glasses are much too dark compared to the regular paper 3D glasses. I bought a 3 pack thinking they would be better quality than the paper ones, but we don't even use them--we use the paper ones that came with our movie. They are definitely not worth the extra money they cost over just the paper ones!

We have a new 47 inch HD tv. The movie itself seems to be most of the problem but 3 of us had better luck with the cardboard glasses that came with the movie. It was very frustrating to watch and not a fun experience as we hoped it be.

I use these for gaming, so it's hard to judge if the stereoscopic modes for games are poor, or these glasses are. But, these work fantastic with minecraft, so I assume they are great. I've had them for over a month and none of them have broke.

Poorly designed frames. The lenses are not molded plastic, they are simply a heavy plastic film. The frames do not wrap around your head, rather the frame is completely straight, unlike any other pair of glasses you have ever used. This allows light to reflect from behind and into your eyes, further destroying your 3D experience (should you have obtained it in the first place). This product is NOTHING like the image they display for the product. Had these glasses been designed like the image they supply us, there would be no problem.
I wish they had provided a true picture instead of a blatant lie. I would have bought a more expensive product. This is the epitome of poor design. Why is this going on in the world, it is so wasteful. The people who designed this product should never be allowed to think for themselves again. The moment you see these glasses in front of you, is the moment you realize these are the worst glasses ever made. Shame on the merchant for providing us with an inaccurate picture of the product. It will make me think twice before any more purchases at Amazon.

These glasses work perfectly for all my red/cyan 3D needs and are quite comfortable too. I don't own Polar Express or have any desire to see it, but I imagine that title was just tacked onto this unrelated product to generate sales. These are just normal, everyday 3D glasses, ignore the Polar Express part.
