Editorial Reviews

When you think of the great presidential debates throughout history, there's Lincoln and Douglas in 1858, Kennedy and Nixon in 1960, and Glenn Beck in his comedy stage show, Glenn Beck Unelectable 2012. Originally presented in cinemas by NCM Fathom Events and TheBlaze, Unelectable 2012 is full of everything you love about Glenn Beck—honesty, passion, and lots and lots of comedy.
Sure, Glenn's not really running for president, but that's only because he says the kind of things politicians can't…or won't! From Democrats to Republicans, law makers to law breakers, no one is safe from Glenn in what many are calling the funniest show he's ever done. In this mock debate, Glenn squares off against Brian Sack, host of The B.S. of A. The "debate" is moderated by Jack Helmuth and Matt Fisher, two writer/performers from The B.S. of A. who play the perfect lefty foils to Glenn's plain spoken, common sense platform and Brian Sack's "say anything to get elected" character. In addition to the comedy (that's perfect for every member of the family), a Glenn Beck stage show wouldn't be complete without a few words of inspiration—the show ends with an address from Glenn that will have you on your feet, entertained, enlightened and filled with hope.

Glenn is always forthcoming and very inspiring... he reminds me of a preacher we had 40 yrs ago -- one who would tell you the truth about events and inspire you to do the best you can with your own God-given talents.

I purchased this to see what Beck does besides his radio show. It's really funny. I highly recommend getting it if you have only listened to Glenn on the radio.

I bought the first Unelectable in 2008 on a whim and it made me laugh until it hurt.

I hoped for a similar experience with Unelectable 2012 and was dissappointed. Much of this I had heard on Beck's radio show and felt like a rehash. Althought the mock debate was entertaining, it was not nearly as funny or personal as Beck's 2008 show. Beck is a powerful speaker however, but overall I came away dissappointed.
