Jitterbug valance express!,

When I could not find the Jitterbug valance in stores, I decided to order it, so I could begin planning and selecting paint colors to match. Unfortunately, I later found that the item was less expensive on other online sites- by $10-$15!!! The fabric quality of the valance is very good, but the rod pocket is at the top. There is no added material or ruffle above the rod pocket.
