I love this tin. I have received so many compliments on it. I hunted all-over for a cute cake carrier. This is just what I was looking for. It seals well and has a handle that I feel confident using. The only problem that I have had is that sometimes 4-layer cakes are too tall to fit in it. I'm trying now to decide whether or not I can live without the matching cupcake carrier.

I went to Amazon looking for a vintage cake carrier,so when I came across the Glitterville Tin Carrier, I thought this is just what I am looking for. Well, It came and it really is very cute. But, I used it only four times and the top of it is not connected to the round part with any type adhesive and it just came off like a lid. I could not re-attach it so I had to just throw it away. Also, it is made of tin and the whole thing was easily bent. It is just a really cheap made product. Wish I had my money back!!

Ordered this as a gift, but my BFF across the country received the rectangular cupcake carrier instead, AND, it was damaged. Since I had already given her the cupcake carrier, she had to go to the trouble of returning the duplicate item. Very disappointing to send a gift that created work for the recipient!
