This item is not the size advertised! It's only 2 1/4 Gallons. Also the spigot on this thing is plastic and cheap! It only drizzles out the fluids and a very slow rate. I don't think this unit is worth the $74. It's easy to be fooled by its size unless you actually check it for yourself like I did, that's probably why the other people rated this product well, but I was really upset and had to return it for this reason. I was hoping the spigot was going to be made of metal and was quite surprised that it wasn't. I hope this helps. Possibly they sent me the wrong one but I checked for around a 2 1/4 gallon size one on Amazon and couldn't find it. The description needs to be fixed on this item!

The item was as described. The one and only thing that prevented me from giving it a 5 star rating was this. The rubber seal on the lid prevented a good secure fit because it was slightly to thick. If it had been thinner it would have seated nicely in the opening of the jar. It was nice thick glass and the spigot was more than satisfactory.

Desirably thick glass and excellently constructed. Tight fitting cap - almost "too tight" : ) - adds to the sturdiness of a clean and pretty piece. Quality spigot and not in the least bit flimsy. Bought as a gift and would certainly purchase again!

The first dispenser I received had a large chunk of white sediment baked into the front of the jar. It was very unsightly and made it look like there was junk floating in the dispenser. I was also disappointed to find out what a cheap spout the piece has, it is plastic and lets out a trickle of liquid. I had to go through a long process to return the item and purchase another. The second one just arrived and not only are the jar and the lid two different shades of blue (The jar is a wierd violet blue, not at all the aqua color like the lid and photo), it has A HAIR baked into the jar! I am just sick that this has turned out to be such a poor experience, and now face the dilemma of either sending the jar back again and hoping that I don't receive an even worse piece or sucking up the cost of the stand I bought to go with it. It looks pretty in the photo, but I definately DON'T recommend this product. The cost is outrageous for this piece of junk.

Water is hexagon, only makes sense to put it in a hexagon dispenser. Do research on live living water and you will understand what i mean.

Received beverage dispenser as a birthday gift. It is wonderful and all that the add stated.
