We wanted to replace our glass coffee table before our baby started tumbling around, and decided we wanted some of the new storage ottomans you see everywhere. When we saw these on Amazon, we knew they were just right. We actually bought two sets, so now we have a total of two storage cubes/large ottomans, and two small ottomans. We push them all together for one long coffee table, and can break them apart when guests come over and we need the extra seating. Plus, you can move them around anywhere in a snap, which is terrific for both parties and playtime.

For the storage ottomans, my husband and I each get one, and inside put our own books, magazines, etc. We've turned each one tray side up, so we have somewhere to place our drinks, the remotes, etc.

Overall, a terrific deal and a very versatile product!

This was the best price I found on the net. Most are in the $100+ range. I was delighted to see these. It did have a plastic smell when I first got them out but quickly went away. I love the smaller one. If you just got this, the price would be worth it but you get two! It is sturdy and has a nice cushion for sitting or as a footrest. It has a "plus" stitching on the top and extends all the way down. The bigger one is sturdy also. I am able to sit on it and it doesn't "sink". It smooth w/no stitching like the smaller one. The tray is in dark wood finish. Mines had white marks on it but easily cleaned up. I should mention that the smaller one fits into the larger one for easy hide away. I am planning to get another set. With 2 larger ones put together, it'll make a nice bench or a coffee table. It matches nicely with my real leather sofa, recliners and chairs.

I finally got 2 sets of these ottomans. The first thing I noticed was a very heavy chemical smell. It smelled like car wax. I actually had to leave these out on our deck for 2 days to "air" out. I also buffed the ottomans with cotton rags even though there is no visible residue. The chemical smell is not over-powering like before, but it still smells like car wax. I will put them in the garage for a couple of days.

Otherwise, they look great and are somewhat of a deal at $60. I love the fact that there is storage space inside the larger one. The vinyl is so-so quality. If you leave anything, i.e. cup, on the surface, there is an impression into the vinyl that takes several hours to disappear.

I got this ottoman for seating around the house when guests come. It turns out I use it even when guests aren't there. It's great. I love the little ottoman, it looks beautiful and is comfy to sit on. The larger item though is really what makes this a great deal. It is comfy and beautiful. The tray top table is great for snacks or eating in front of the TV. And on top of all this it has storage so I can throw my DVD's and CD's and a blanket in there. I love this item

Except for the wait, the product is great! The little free ottoman is quite small but sturdy enough for a snack or drink. The larger ottoman is perfect for some little toys to keep my living room tidy. Perfect alternative to coffee table in a house with two little ones under 3. Not real leather but looks good - especially at this price. Highly recommend.

The ottomans are heavy, well made, stylish and very functional. My grandson loves the little one that he considers his and uses the larger one to clean up in a hurry (by hiding toys in it).

We purchased this item at a great promotional price, a really good deal. Unfortunately, both of these ottomans reeked like they'd been soaked in gasoline. Perhaps it was just the synthetic smell, but it stunk up the whole house and made me sick to my stomach. We returned it for another and had the same problem. Maybe this explains the reason for the deep discount!

I got these because they looked functional. But once I received them, i was blown away. Perfect color, size and look. Love'em.

Despite reading other reviews on how aweful these ottomans smelled, I opted to purchase them anyway since they were at such a reasonable price. I really thought I could air them out (they smell like gasoline), but it has yet to happen. I started by airing the ottomans out in my spare bedroom, but the smell began to take over my entire apartment, so I now have them sitting outside on my balcony. I received the ottomans on December 27th, it's now January 20th and the smell still remains. Do no waste your money on these ottomans unless you have a poor sense of smell.

I really liked the size and these were perfect for the area of use. However, we cannot get rid of the horrible chemical smell. Left them out in our garage for a week prior to bringing inside the house. Still smells horrible. May have to return since we are worried for our health.
