3.0 out of 5 stars interesting case studies, February 7, 2009
This review is from: Global Ecotourism Policies And Case Study (Aspects of Tourism) (Hardcover)
This book contains some useful and some not so useful chapters. The chapters on Thailand and Niue are among the most interesting ones. The book is an off-print of a special issue of an academic journal (Current Issues in Tourism), which probably explains the lack of the a subdivision in sections. Overall, not too bad as a supplementary text for ecotourism courses.

1.0 out of 5 stars why published?, June 9, 2007
This review is from: Global Ecotourism Policies And Case Study (Aspects of Tourism) (Hardcover)
This "scholarly" volume lacks any sort of cohesion, theory, or critical analysis. It is difficult to fathom why it was ever published.
