I downloaded a demo version and made a few slideshows. First, it is very difficult to make simple changes. Not a typical interface software for performing simple functions that a normal program would have. There is no bottom for saving, nore a bottom to start new. You have to open a new sub-directory to retrieve pictures to start a new slideshow. And if you delete a set of pictures on the working directory, it actually deletes them from the actual subdirectory. You may have to get back to retrieve them from your recyle ben.

It took me a whole day to figure out how to change simple funtions since it really has a bad menu system. The slideshow runs so slow, can't find a place to speed up the show. THey need a 24 online support system since there is no place to find an answer.

There is no "find buttom" for the help menu for where or how to change the speed.

I can tell you more, but will end up writing a whole book about it. Before you think about purchesing this product, please download the program and see all that for yourself.

I downloaded the trial version from the company's website and decided to buy the full version straight away. The interface is different than standard Windows applications', but is clean-cut. I have no diffculty to build several testing albums following the simple steps dispalyed in the first starting page: select photos > select music > select style > change settings > build (save). I also figured out how to edit the saved albums in the My Album list.
This is the most inspiring slideshow software I've ever seen. The result is definitely extraordinary. I've been able to create a wedding video using the 3D-Album animation (there are many adds-on for weddings) for the introduction part and the conclution credit at the end. I also created a photo slideshow displayed in a wedding reception. The pastor told me that he's been in many many weddings but this is the best show he's ever seen.
A good value for your money.

After looking at the samples I purchased the software. Some of the 3D styles don't work...on many of the styles you can't control the syncronization of the photos and the music....on running some of the presentations....the presentations causes my computer to crash! If they get the bugs out it could be really good software....until then.....skip this one!

I am a bit disappointed by the few free templates that are offered.
I am loathe to pay for access to more templates... but probably will
end up buying more.
many of the templates are too hokey for use with my photo clients.
I would appreciate more manual and more video tutorial for advanced
how to. (like how to build out a new template)

So many bugs in this software, and there is no customer support. It is a piece of junk !

I was hoping for something that focused on making advanced slideshows. This software does it all...appears moreso for internet-bound photoalbums, although I am able to use it to burn the albums I want to DVDs. There's parts of it that help you fix, crop, alter photos, which I have other software for already...and the lay-out pages for printing that I didn't need either. If you're looking for something that does it all, this will work. If you're like me and hoping more for just the advanced graphics to make albums, then there's a bit of a waste here. The graphics are very impressive though and there IS a quite bit of variety with almost unlimited number of variations. It's a decent price for what you get. Oh...and the albums are HUGE files...especially if you turn them into movies (avi) to burn to DVDs... I've already had one at 12gigs. So have plenty of harddrive space ready.
