We had lost photos from a trip to Denali National Park. Tried everything to find what we thought was a missing SD card. In desperation we ordered Klix. When it arrived, the program couldn't read our SDHC cards. I emailed their support folks and received an almost instantaneous link to to an updated version. Zoom! Seriously. The software read all our cards found the missing photos and I was a hero. The entire Klix experience from ordering to upgrading to finding our photos is how every software company should handle their products and customers. If you are butter-fingered and forgetful like me, Klix is an inexpensive must-have for your digital kit.

This product was exactly what I had hoped for. I didn't think I would be able to get my pictures off the memory card, but I was able to with this product. I would recommend this product to anyone!

I wish I had this program years ago! We've all eraced and deleted files accidentally, well now you can retrive them. Easy to use.

I bought the original version of this product (Picture Rescue) a few years ago (and it worked great).... I hadn't needed until a few days ago when my computer corrupted some images and I had already erased them from this memory card. So my husband reminded me that we had this old program and it might work. Well it did but it would shut down in the middle of recovery (This program was intended for OS 10.3 or 4, and I am on 10.6). So I emailed the folks @ Prosoft and explained my issue. They said, "Just download Klix, your old serial number will work." Yay, luckily I contacted them before shelling out more money for a new program (which I would not have at the moment). Recovered the lost images.

thr Product arrived finally a package that worked This gave me a feeling of this is going to work the way its supposed to Well Guess What it Did and More than expected
Not only did it retrive what I was LOOKING for it Gave back immages that Ithought were lost forever
Its ease of use is remarkable open the package follow the install instructions read the suggested menu so you know and understand what You and the Program are doing load the photo card and watch the Magic oh Yes I did call it Magic it ran the whole card I couldnt believe it not only the photos that were looked for but all the photos ever put on the card and now you choose what and where you want them
I have had other programs that made claims but alas as usual claims not reality UNTIL NOW APROGRAM THAT BACKS UP WHAT IT SAYS NO PUN INTENDED

This product is a miracle. I had used the same memory card for a trip to Alaska and then on a trip to London. On the second day in London, we went to look at the pictures we had taken, and all the Alaska pictures and everything but the last 20 or so London pictures we had taken were gone. I have no idea what happened to them; the trash button had several safeguards built in, but somehow they had just disappeared. I was heartsick. Then a colleague of my daughter's recommended Klix. I ordered it, and although I am close to being computer illiterate, I managed to install it and ran the program. (I had printed out their manual but anyone with more computer knowledge would probably find that unnecessary; I, however, like to have instructions in my hand to refer to when I do anything.) I would say I recovered about 95% of my missing photos, and going from having none at all to 95% of them has made me a very happy camper! I would highly recommend this product.

This product Klix From Joesoft worked great on my mac running Leopard. It recovered all but a couple of photos out of 367 images on the corrupted card. A true life saver for saving memories of a one-time event. It did not work on my mac running Snow Leopard but the folks at JoeSoft were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend the company and their products. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
