The item arrived, the storage bag, stakes, and a crappy printed instruction sheet how to close it (was so dark, you couldn't see the pics) all ok. I actually had to go to youtube video to see how to close it. Only observation of the product, it could be bigger (the height is fine) side to side, some of us need a little more movement room when using it as a shower.

I ordered this item from Amazon and was very pleased with how quickly it arrived. I sets up very easily and after watching the video on youtube, I was able to fold it back up in less than a minute. However, the steakes, tie-downs, bag, and instruction manuel were all missing. I called Amazon and they immediately sent out another one. This one was also missing all of the same things. I had to send both back. I am very disappointed as this would have been perfect but I could not waste any more time hoping that they would send a completed package.

This is a very great invention,a potty to take camping,or just to the park.
I am using it for my outdoor shower.
It is perfect!
On stormy days I put it in the garage,otherwise I leave it outside.
Privacy and funtion is wonderful!!!
