Delicious and easy dishes to make. Solomon did a fine job in preparing this diverse cookbook. I sometimes take my copy to the market and sees what veggies are in season/look best. A must for every vegetarian and smart eater.

So far all of the recipes I've tried in this book have turned out great! The book is entertaining and the instructions are easy to follow. Ingredients are easy to find at my local grocery store, too. (I live in Texas, so your mileage may vary on that.) YUM.
Also, if you are tired of bland, boring food this is the book for you -- there are options to make dishes come alive with chili peppers of all kinds! Don't worry if you don't like spice, as there are alternatives for that as well. |
