Cuts bread like butter,

I received this knife as a wedding gift and use it quite frequently. My wife and I eat a lot of home-baked bread and find ourselves reaching for the Global every time. This knife makes cutting bread fun. I actually look forward to slicing bread with this knife. A maximum of 2 slices is all it takes to get through bread of any consistency. The Global is unbelievably sharp and, with the signature Global styling, is quite good-looking as well. Every kitchen needs a good bread knife and if you are looking for an knife that will turn the chore of slicing bread into a fun activity, look no further than this knife.
