The dimensions on the chandelier are grossly inaccurate...overstated. The width is barely 20.5" when measured from the widest distance between the lamp shades, it is not even close to 23.5" stated by Amazon. I have a medium sized the dinning room and this one seems a good fit. Upon opening the box, I thought it was smaller than expected, but went ahead and installed anyway...bad mistake, should have returned it!

I was floored when I saw how pretty this chandelier was and that I wouldn't have to spend $150 to get it! Definitely a great buy!

We really like this product. The installation instructions are very basic so be familiar with how to install a chandalier before you jump in with both feet. We use this over our dining room table and have had many compliments. For the price this piece is GREAT.

Unfortunately, when it arrived, 2 of the spiral things were broken off. We decided to install it anyway, thinking I would just super glue the broken pieces because the hassel to return it is too much. My husband complained the entire time while he installed it. He said it was very cheap quality and badly designed such that you can easily scratch it while you install it. Anyway, for the price it is visually OK...but if you take a close look, you can easily see that its cheap, easily bendable material. One of the base of the 5 lights (metal part) is not allighned right, one of the lights actually faces towards the middle of the chandeliar instead of the ceiling. We plan to sell the house...so bought it to make the room look nicer....I would never buy this for a house I plan to live in long term.

The chandelier itself was fine, just as pictured. However, the packaging could have been better. See those five pieces of curved wire just inside the glass 'globes'? One of those broke off in transit. Rather than got through the hassle of a return, it was easier to snap off the other four. Also, one of the sockets for the globes got slightly bent, just enough to make the globe a little crooked. I shimmed it and it worked fine. Other than that, it's working fine. Examine yours carefully when it arrives; you might not be able to snap and to shim yours into shape.

I received the light and it had pieces broken and bent, so I returned it. I ordered another identical light because I really like how it looks. The second light also came bent and with broken pieces. I returned the second light and am done with this light company - poor quality.

Product comes without any manuals. One piece was broken and I used tape to put it back, the piece was for decoration purpose only.
The price is not great, but a bit cheaper than similar lamp in Home Depot.

I purchased this product because it fit my budget and seemed nice from the picture online. But sometimes you don't know what you're getting. The directions weren't very detailed, but I've installed other light fixtures and this wasn't that different or hard to figure out. I will agree with some other people it was a little bent when I opened the box. BUT easily fixed, I just pushed the arm back into place. It was NOT a big deal! I think this is mainly because the metal or iron or whatever isn't that strong, maybe as some more $$ models. But, now that it's up it looks really nice and I am super happy with it!! For the price it can't be beat. Love the look, the price and am a very satisified customer.

I purchased this item for my mother, who saw it online and fell in love with it. When it arrived, two of the curliques had been knocked off. I tried to solder them back on to no avail. I finally used jewelry wire and oil paints to correct the problem. I would normally have sent it back, but when I ordered it the site stated that there were only a few left and Mom was afraid that she would not get one. It does look very pretty in her bedroom.

I ordered this chandelier and neglected to open it up and check it as soon as I got it. When I did open it up I found that, like many others here, one of the curly pieces was broken off and laying in the bottom of the box. I used play doh to make a form and krazy glued it back together and it looks fine. But I was still disappointed that it had to be repaired. It looks great up tho. You will need to use mini bulbs for it.
