"Glory Days" is a song that laments about the fact of growing old and having your best years behind you. The song has a garage rock sound with a strumming honky tonk guitar riff, rollicking keyboards that punctuates throughout and a pounding drumbeat that provides a steady backbone. Although it probably is one of the simplest songs Mr. Springsteen has ever written, it is insanely catchy and almost impossible to not sing along with.

It is a good little bouncy tune from the 90s(?) that so describes so many people we all know whose life achievement was in high school. I enjoy listening to it to also remind me that I still have a lot to do tomorrow to accomplish my life and not to rest on my laurels.
