A little bit of background: I'm in my 60s, and live in a place where it's quite dry most of the time, and I've had a lot of trouble (for years) with dry skin on my hands -- finger tips and thumb tips cracking open, lots of roughness on the sides of some of the digits, generalized coarseness and roughness to the skin of the hands. I encountered Gloves In A Bottle while in a store that sells high-end hand woven garments, yarn, and knitting and weaving supplies. I tried a sample and then bought a bottle. I've been using it throughout the day for about a week now, not longer. My hands are completely different now, already. I really do think there's not a lot of improvement possible over how they are right now. The rough skin sloughed off over several days' time. The skin adjacent to the cracks on my thumbs softened a lot and I clipped it off with a fingernail clipper and the cracks healed up and have disappeared. My hands feel a little bit waxy and very smooth now, supple. The lotion sinks in very quickly and completely, and there is no residual greasiness. When I wet my hands there is none of the greasy feeling that other products have had. There is no perfume in the lotion, and therefore no odor on the hands. I'm using it every four hours during the day. I could not recommend this stuff more highly. I'm totally satisfied, even amazed. My hands appear to have regressed in age by several decades. I'd give this stuff ten stars if I could.

I suffer (as well as my mom and 3 aunts) an allergy for soaps (for dishes and clothes), with mom and aunts we had visited at least 20 diff doctors and tried ALL creams available, including some "home made" things.
Well, nothing worked so far, till I found ur product at Walmart.
Im from Peru, and i want to send home as much as I can find, they gonna love me!
Not only helped me a lot with my allergy (now im able to do dishes without gloves) but it also restored my skin!

Due to the high volume of hand washing RNs perform, we needed a product to protect our hands, yet would allow us to continue frequent hand sanitation. Gloves in a bottle is getting rave reviews from our RNs! Gloves in a bottle is light, fast drying and provides the protection we need. Awsome product!!

I use this because it makes my hands much easier to clean after working on my car, or any dirty project. My wife uses it because working with paper all day she sayes it helps keep her hands from drying-out and it helps the corners of her fingers next to the nail from cracking. We would say GOOD STUFF.

...than advertised..

I am a Massage Therapist. I use this product to keep my hands from picking up odors of self tanner,
etc.
One Thanksgiving, I was on-call, so I put the lotion on when I got up, as I got ready to work.
I was having people over, so I went on my way, cleaning the house, scrubbing the tub with cleansing powder,
chopping onions.
When I was all finished & washed my hands one last time... my hands smelled like Nothing. NOTHING! It was
Amazing!!
Whenever I am not working, & don't want to pick up any odors on my hands, say, from tacos, tuna salad sandwiches,
etc., I reach for my handy Gloves in a Bottle.

Can't beat it.
I've suggested they market to the Spa industry, but they prefer to focus on the "dry skin market".
Whatever floats your boat.

I personally haven't noticed it to help my dry hands; but I continue to purchase because it meets my own needs so tremendously.

If you have really dry cracked hands this is the stuff. I work as an electronics technician and my fingertips are always cracked and sore. I used this stuff the first day I could visibly see a difference. The second day of use my cracks are fading away and almost unoticable. This may not help if you have a severe condition where the irritation is caused by the body attacking it's own skin, but not much can help that, it might help but I can't vouch for that. But for skin cracking due to insuficient moistuure, nothing beats this. I used to put cream on all day long with no help getting rid of the cracked skin. This stuff gets under the skin so even if it seems to wash off a little when you wash in reality it doesn't. I was constantly washing my hands so the creams would just wash off. This stuff I put on once every 4 hours even though I'm washing my hands all day due to substances from work and going to the bathroom... with all the washing it STILL beats the pants of every cream I have tried, and I have tried a LOT. NOTHING beats this stuff... even latex gloves! I had been using latex gloves and cream for a long time at work and the cracks STILL would not go away. I used it also on the cracked calouses on my feet and they are disappearing too. If you don't have severly dry hands, maybe cream is enough for you, fine. But to me, this stuff is a life saver and has put an end to years of annoying cracked dry irritation and bloodless cuts on my hands.

I've suffered from fairly severe excema on my hands for 20 years. I live in Alaska, a very cold and dry place. Some quality hand creams, especially those with aloe, brought relief but did not prevent outbreaks. Gloves in a Bottle is a bit different. It brings relief and it prevents the tiny blisters from forming. That is HUGE in my book. I've only been on it for a week, but the absence of those blisters is a big breakthrough for me. My skin is still dry and red in places, but frequent applications of GIAB has prevented the excema from taking its natural course. All in all, I'm ready to buy it by the gallon.
