These stuck really well to a varnished ceiling fan blade. They barely stuck at all to latex painted wall; problem solved with a little brush-on rubber cement. Regular incandescent room lighting does not charge these up. But with this delightful flashlight 395 nM 51 UV Ultraviolet LED flashlight Blacklight 3 AA, 7202UV395 they charge fully in a few seconds. The combination thrills my kids. I got a set of dragons and a set of butterflies, and the same comments apply to both. Like I said, the kids love them. Unfortunately I now have to spend a minute charging them every night. Every night. You were warned.

These look pretty that's why they get 1 star. They dont glow at all. I have tried every light source I could think of and left them next to the light sources for hours and still nothing. What a waste of money!

I bought these and the snowflakes so I will use the same review for both. While none of these stickers have fallen off the wall yet, many have edges that are sticking out. This may be part of them being re-usable but it would be nice if they stuck completely to the wall so that the loose edges didn't latch on to a passing child. They do look nice but I've certainly seen better and I haven't been able to get any reasonable glow out of them even after leaving them under a direct light for ten minutes. I don't expect them to light up the room but so far, I can't even see them or even an outline once the lights are out. I was willing to pay $1.50 for 15 glow-in-the-dark stickers but since these don't glow, save your money and buy regular stickers or something that actually glows depending on your goal. I bought these for my 4-year-old's birthday to go on the wall by her bed so she has something to distract her between us tucking her in and the sandman coming. While she does love moving the stickers around, she was very disappointed that they didn't glow. I have since bought her a very small flashlight for the stickers and some glow-in-the-dark stars so she at least has something to see as she is drifting off to sleep. Great concept, poor execution.

These were a cute gift for my granddaugher. She loved making them glow in the dark.
