The tattoos don't come off the paper easily. You have to keep the water on longer than other temp tattoos. When you peel the paper off, you have to do it very slowly to make sure the edges of the tattoo don't come up. These seem to be made of the sticky stuff on stickers. They cling to the paper just like it and stay sticky until they eventually rub off a couple hours later. I bought them mostly because they were supposed to glow, but they don't even after holding up to several light sources and then viewing into a completely dark closet. :(

Just add water...literally!! They stayed on for my 4 year old son's entire birthday party (and then some!!) and washed off with soap and water just as promised. We have some left over that we're looking forward to using on Halloween. We can't wait!

Did not beleive that they glowed.. But I will say they really did... Added alot of fun to my daughters party... Thanks
