Not gonna fool anyone into thinking they're mehndi
These are just regular transfer-type temporary tattoos. (The transfer is a piece of film, not just ink.) The ink is very brown and lacks the red hue that real henna tattoos have. The glow-in-the-dark part - which is fairly faint - is the background around the design, not the tattoo itself. Still, for the cost they're kinda fun.

ok
I was happy that the price was verrry good but a little upset that for 13 small tattoos i paid $5 and some change. The shipping ruined the price but overall they glow in the dark and the designs are ok / it comes in a small booklet thats as thick as 5 pages of paper together
