The heater came in good condition and was a breeze to setup. Puts out a good amount of heat for a 20X12 room to the point of having to turn it down to only one plate.

I'm just a little disappointed that the item I ordered showed in stock up until the day I received the email from Amazon.com telling me the item was canceled due to being out of stock after waiting almost a week
