I had injuries to both of my knees about 15 years ago and it was painful to climb and descend stairs. This product saved my from surgery and brought back full knee usage and eliminated the pain. I'm 57,I do 4-5 miles a day on a
treadmill,not everyday,but most days. I throw the weights around on weekends and work in a meat plant.Do these pills help my joints?I think so.If nothing else they help maintain them.I think they're worth it.
